Identification and Processing Role
MEDIA-PUBLISH MEDPUB S.A.S. (Tax ID / RUC: 0993263125001), domiciled in Samborondón, SBC Building, Tower B, Office 103, acts solely and exclusively as Data Processor with respect to the software development, SaaS platforms, AI automations, and advertising services provided to its corporate clients, who hold the role of Data Controllers.

We adhere to the principles of lawfulness, transparency, data minimization, and security by design. We process only the client's corporate contact and billing data, and the operational data flows delegated and instructed by the client for the functional execution of the software, bots, or advertising campaigns.
Data Received Through This Website's Form
When a person contacts us through this site's form (first name, last name, email, company, and any optional fields they choose to complete), MEDPUB S.A.S. acts as Data Controller for that data and uses it solely to answer the inquiry, coordinate the requested meeting, manage the business relationship that may follow, and occasionally send information and promotions about our own services — from which you can unsubscribe at any time with one click or by writing to admin@horaizon.net. Along with the form, we record a minimal context of the visit: approximate country (inferred from the connection, without storing the IP address), device type, language, time zone, the page within the site from which the form was reached and, if any, the advertising campaign that originated the visit. Acting as Processor, MEDPUB S.A.S. is not authorized to modify, manipulate, or delete end-user data on its own initiative. Any request for access, rectification, deletion, objection, or portability that we receive will be immediately forwarded to the corporate client (Data Controller) for handling and resolution.
Security Measures and Third-Party Platforms (Third-Party Software)
We implement technical and administrative safeguards and encryption to protect information. MEDPUB S.A.S. integrates certified global infrastructure (e.g., Google Workspace, OpenAI). For the record, we assume no liability for incidents, outages, or breaches occurring exclusively within the independent servers of such global providers.
Transfers and Breach Notification
We do not sell or transfer databases. Transfers are limited to indispensable infrastructure integrations or requirements from a competent authority. In the event of any security breach in the systems, the corporate client will be notified immediately so that it may activate its protocols before the Data Protection Authority and the data subjects.
Cookies and Consent
We use technical cookies to ensure the functioning and analytics of the platforms. The corporate client warrants that it has obtained the prior, informed consent of its end users for the processing of their data.
